Worksite Signage and Safety

Clearly identifying what areas of your business operation are open to the public and what areas are private is a good practice. The Fourth Amendment to the U.S. Constitution guarantees the right of people to be free from unreasonable searches and seizures in areas where they have a reasonable expectation of privacy. ICE officers cannot enter private areas of a workplace without permission or a judicial warrant signed by a judge that specifically grants access.

Have you been fired for organizing?

Retaliation against workers is a national emergency and the source of significant economic disruption for local communities across the country. That’s why we’re Fired Up!

FiredUp Campaign runs the solidarity fund to distribute financial support to workers fired for organizing so they don't have to back out of the fight. To date we’ve moved $1.2 million directly into the pockets of workers when they needed it most.
