We’re contacting 10 million workers

We cannot let this chaos and war on working-class people paralyze us. They have the money, but we have the people.

We’re getting our people into motion across the country through a series of escalating actions that build pressure locally, demanding a government that puts workers over billionaires.

Our plan is to fight back by building collective power rooted in connection, conversation, and action. We’re not waiting for perfect conditions or all the answers—we’re organizing from where we are, with what we have.

We will:

  • Start with deep, one-on-one conversations with our families, coworkers, and neighbors—because real change starts in real relationships.

  • Create multiple pathways to action, meeting workers where they are and guiding them through a ladder of engagement that builds confidence and power.

  • Take bold, visible actions at scale, so our resistance cannot be ignored and our demands for a government that puts workers over billionaires are impossible to dismiss.

Together, we will replace fear with hope, loneliness with solidarity, and paralysis with power. We’re building a movement that acts—and wins—together.

Neighborhood Defense Team

We need to build a line of defense locally to protect our communities from the anti-constitutional attacks on working people and our immigrant neighbors. Engage in short, impactful door-to-door conversations that uncover shared values, identify key local issues affecting working people’s lives while also building a local defense network to protect our friends and family members.

Call Team

If you can’t make it out on the doors, make calls right from home and help us have real conversations with thousands of workers across the Sunbelt region. We will be conducting wellness check-in calls that uncover shared values, identify key issues affecting working people’s lives, and share resources to those who need it most.

Comms Team

There is breaking news happening every single day as our constitutional rights are under attack – help us track news in all of our priority states. If you have a knack for creating graphics or drafting copy, this is the team for you.

Data Team

As thousands of conversations are happening door-to-door and over phone calls, we need folks to help us keep track of what working people are sharing and ensuring those contacts make it into our larger database.

Research Team

As our federal government programs are being cut and mass layoffs are happening, we need help building regional mutual aid, job fairs, and skill-building resources in each region to support the 10 million folks we’ll be talking to.

Text Team

We are reaching out to over 10 million workers across the Sunbelt Regions first over text to find those who want to build power with us and be a part of the next generation of organizers to build power against this oligarchy.

The future belongs to the working class

This isn’t just about policy — it’s about building meaningful worker power to fight back and build a movement rooted in real life, led by real people.

You go to the ER and wait hours—or avoid going altogether because of the cost—while health insurance CEOs get paid more in one year than most of us will make in a lifetime.

People are stressed trying to restart loan payments, even though they’re already struggling. But when corporations were in trouble, the government stepped in fast and big. Where’s that help for us?

Roads, Schools, and Transit Are Falling Apart, While Corporations Get Tax Breaks

We’re told there’s no money for better schools or fixing the roads—but somehow, giant corporations pay little or no taxes. That doesn’t feel fair.

From warehouses to kitchens, from schools to streets — we are saying it loud, we are saying it proud:

“Workers Over Billionaires NOW!”.
